PRIVATE PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT IN OWNERS’ ABSENCE

Main service package:

• Property visit and controlling of its general state, good condition of devices, lights, water supply, communications and etc.
• Cosmetic repairs, when necessary, also providing of suitable companies when more serious repairs are needed, in behalf of the owner with relevant performance controlling.
• Bills payment for electricity, water, communications: phone, internet, cabel TV, security alarm, if there is on spot, taxes and fees in connection to property ownership rights in behalf of the owner;
• Accounting services;
• Complete cleaning – 2 times per year.
• Providing of a permanent contact and operation person, in case needed;
• Property preparation for the owner’s arrival after his long absence: cleaning, airing, heating (in cold period), air-conditioning (in summer), changing bed linen, towels, bath-gowns and etc;
• Property preparation for the owner’s absence;
• Property security organization in accordance with a contract in behalf of the owner:
• Meeting of the owner and/or his guests and transfer;
• Providing of companies for service performance with reference to pool maintenance in good condition, maintenance of garden and green surfaces and the relevant controlling of contract performance, with payment on behalf of the owner. The price is calculated on dependence of distance to Varna city, property type: apartment, villa, etc.
