Company “R.K. Real” LTD invites you to make a tour to Varna city, to get known with Bulgaria, our culture, traditions and a variety of real estates. We are not in a hurry to sell and do not press our clients to purchase immediately. We help you to choose!

The necessary activities’ sequence and tour description:

2. We will help you with visa procedure, if necessary;
3. We will select a comfortable regular flight for you;
4. We will book a comfortable hotel in Varna region, which corresponds to your requirements;
5. We will meet you at the airport, organize the transfer to the hotel and will help you also by the accommodation;
6. We will organize an inspection of only qualitative properties, while respecting the carefully worked out route, getting you known with a variety of offers, projects and developments and Bulgarian regions (Transport is our duty);
7. We will provide a juridical consult while concluding the preliminary contract;
8. We will perform subject excursions (Company’s transport);
9. You will be given the opportunity to have a free time ( shopping);
10. You will be invited to have a dinner in traditional Bulgarian restaurant;
11. We will organize your transfer to the Varna airport;

Tour price, including flight and visa - 500 euro When a property is purchased and its price exceeds 50 000 euro, tour costs will be covered to the client (but no more than 500 euro)
Payment in Moscow: visa +charter flight
Payment in Varna: transfer and accommodation in hotel ( when it is chosen and co - ordinated with the company in advance, hotel of the category 3*** or 4-5***)
